Apple Blossoms
This was a last minute creation but turned out so good!
Take some small apples and cut them (but not all the way through) once across the top the turn your apply and cut again (make a + into the apple)
Set the apple into 2 sheets of tin foil
Add 2 blobs of butter
Top with cinnamon and sugar
Wrap the apple by bringing all the sides/edges to the top (see pic -make it like a pouch)

Throw these on the grill when you start your meat. Let these cook about 30-45 mins depending on how big the apples are.
These were so good! Like fried apples from Cracker Barrel!
